First post I guess

So today is the day that I decided to (finally) make the sleep tracking program I’ve wanted for a very very long time. The issue, is that while Visual Studio was installing, my dad shut down the computer. He wasn’t aware that it was installing something, so I don’t blame him. However the computer is now stuck in a frozen boot sequence, which means all progress I’ve ever made in all my games, all my code, all my songs, everything is just gone now. Although I guess I can plug the hard drive into another functioning computer and recover the files that way. But I’ll still end up needing to reinstall Windows, and therefore all my programs as well. *sigh*

In other news, I got the idea to recreate “The Eye of Judgement”, a PS3 game that is almost as old as the console itself. The game is similar to Magic The Gathering, however TEoJ uses a 3×3 grid for play. The cards are still sorted into land, spells, and creatures, but the spells and creatures are made to only affect certain tiles depending on where they are placed and which direction they are facing. My plan is to release the software as free and open source. Playing the game would be similar to a MTG spinoff called “Wagic: The Homebrew”. Wagic is free to play, and anyone can contribute.
